What makes her studio experience different is the homey environment and goal of making the experience both relaxed and fun. She offers high-quality archival printing up to size 13" x 19." (17" x 22" available upon request.) Photo retouching is available.
Background: Geri-Ann’s journey to photography took a large detour through a graduate degree in anthropology and university teaching. What always came through was an interest in people and communication, both important components in portrait photography. Although photography was an aspect of her fieldwork in Guatemala, she didn’t become serious about it until she retired from the university and began attending the renowned photography department at Santa Monica College, where her studies emphasized lighting techniques. A devoted fan of time travel fiction, she’s able to apply that love to her timeless photography series.
